Any organization or higher education group is welcome to become an online exhibitor for the Disabled & Proud conference for a fee of $50. During the conference, an "exhibit hall" will be available online 24/7. On a specific schedule, exhibitors will be able to join chat rooms with conference participants, where they can answer questions, share additional information, or offer surveys/bonuses/drawings for participants joining the chat.
Exhibitors may contribute any online materials, including links to organization websites, PowerPoints, videos, or handouts and posters available for download. If you want to mail materials directly to students, please see the "sponsorship" information above. DREAM does not share participants' contact information, but exhibitors may ask for that as part of their online "exhibit booth."
All exhibitor materials from exhibitors must be accessible to people with disabilities:
The deadline for exhibitor applications has been extended through September 17th! Materials must be submitted to DREAM@ahead.org by September 24, 2018 and posted in online exhibit booths by October 1, 2018. Exhibitors must also be available Friday, October 12, 2018, between 3:00-5:00pm EST to participate in online chats with students who have questions about your organization.
