Students and student coordinators can register for the conference from now through the end of the conference on October 13th:
Individual students can register for $25, and student members of a DREAM chapter or affiliate for $15. Individual student scholarships will be available -- everyone who wants to attend should be able to do so.
Student groups who would like to participate together on their campus or watch keynotes together may register up to 20 student participants from their campus for $100. If you are coordinating registration for a group of students and need an invoice, please contact Kim Elmore at DREAM@ahead.org.
Registration will be free for all State of the Art conference participants (the two conferences are having a joint event together on Thursday, October 11).

As a DREAM affiliate, you could pay $15 to screen the conference for all the members of the club technically. But if you pay $100 for the group rate of up to 20 students, each group member could interact in the presentations, discussions, exhibit hall, and other activities as an individual as well as a group member during the conference and for 90 days after. You might could get some help paying for the group rate from Disability Services on your campus through your advisor. If so, your advisor would also be registered. Then you could screen events from your advisor's login and at the same time any student who wants to access the conference live or on demand from a device could do so.
You can register any time, even while the conference is running from October 11-13! Just go to https://www.vconferenceonline.com/microsite/html/event.aspx?id=1358 to register.
By the way, that's also the link you'll use to get into the conference when the doors open at 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time on October 11th!
